£2 registration fee and a registration form needs to be filled in (copies in the Welton News) so that the scarecrows can be judged. Prizes will be awarded! All scarecrows will be displayed in Welton village on the day of the Garden Festival. Anyone who lives out of the centre of the village will be allocated a position for their scarecrow in the village centre. Contact Carol Warke |
